Support the Vision of Apostle Francis Obeng: Building a Multipurpose Infrastructure Facility to Propagate Christ

Under the auspices of the Asuman  Foundation, based in the United States of America, we seek your support to raise funds for Apostle Francis Obeng, who experienced a life-threatening stroke. By the grace of God, he miraculously recovered, with doctors who transported him from Ghana to the United Kingdom (U.K) testifying to his remarkable survival. After a profound encounter with Christ during his recovery, Apostle Francis Obeng felt called to transition from his previous missionary work to full-time ministry—now focusing on youth outreach in Ghana.

Prior to having a stroke, Apostle Francis Obeng worked as a Mental Health nurse  in the United Kingdom (UK). Alongside his secular work, he engaged in missionary and evangelical work in Africa as an ordained minister of God. The incident happened during one of his mission’s field trips in Ghana. He was getting ready to go to church when he suddenly became unwell. The next time he remembers waking up, he was in a hospital bed in the UK, and he was told that he had suffered a major stroke with complete right-sided weakness. Again, Apostle Francis could not recall any passages from the Bible or even the English language. If anyone, including doctors, spoke to him in English, he would respond only in his local language. But by the grace of God, his memory was eventually restored.

Apostle Francis Obeng has since resigned from his previous job and it is as a result that he is still recovering and is now working in Northern Ghana, helping children learn about Christ. His ministry, Endtime Youth Club (ETYC), focuses on reaching out to young people using sports as a means of evangelism, thereby creating an atmosphere where their various needs are met and nurturing them in the things of God. This burden upon his heart is what gave birth to ETYC, which now has about 196 and counting children/young people in three different cities of Ghana (Kitampo, Techiman, and Tamale).

The Asuman Foundation, led by Mr. Dennis Asuman- a devoted Christian and businessman in the construction and electrical industry who has supported church building projects in the USA and helped children in underserved communities in both Richmond, Virginia and Ghana- is committed to making Apostle Obeng’s  vision a reality. After hearing about the wonderful work that the Asuman Foundation was doing, Apostle Obeng reached out to Mr. Dennis Asuman for assistance. Asuman Foundation has currently helped Endtime Youth Club secure lands for the ministry in Ghana with the assistance from others.

However, the foundation, solely funded by Mr. Asuman  and his family cannot build the multi-purpose facility being proposed by Endtime Youth Club in Techiman-Ghana alone. We are reaching out to fellow believers in Christ to help make this dream come true. The estimated cost of building the multi-purpose facility—which will include, but is not limited to, the following: the headquarters, a church, a sports complex, and a vocational training facility—is $(amount). Your generous contribution will make a significant difference in bringing this project to fruition.

To sustain the funding in the near future, we plan to implement several revenue-generating activities, including:

(i) Establishing a small-scale agricultural project to provide food and income for the ministry

(ii) With the multi-purpose building we are proposing to build, we intend to create a vocational training center to equip young people with skills that can help them become self-sufficient as well as create employment for unskilled youth in the community and villages around.

(iii) Organizing community events and sports tournaments using the facilities in the multi-purpose building designed to house a sports facility to raise awareness about Christ as well as funds for the ministry.

(iv) We again plan to partner NGO’s who believe in helping develop children and pursue the agenda of Christ

Your support will not only help build a place of worship but also create a sustainable future for the children and young people in these cities and Ghana as a whole. Together, we can make a lasting impact on their lives and bring them closer to Christ.

Thank you for your generosity and support
